R. Mikhel of Zlotchov (?) had three sons:

  1. R. Yitzhak of Neshkhiz
  2. R. Yosef, the Rabbi of Ostile
  3. R. Leib, the Rabbi of Kavl

Once, a [Ne]shkhizer hasid visited R. Hayim of Sanz who inquired in detail how R. Yitzhak of Neshkhiz conducts himself—his derekh haHasidut (Hasidic approach) and behavior. The visitor shared various details with R. Hayim, but he did not seem impressed, even when the visitor recounted R. Yitzhak’s daily schedule in its entirety. However, the visitor then remembered, “Every day before prayers, including on the eve of Passover and Yom Kippur, R. Yitzhak would take ]apart?] a clock and set it [back] correctly.” R. Hayim, it seems, considered this act to be a significant form of worship, and he was deeply impressed by it. He immediately instructed his close associate Moshe Yehoshua to harness the coach and prepare to travel to Neshkhiz. However, due to a series of reasons, he was unable to travel, and just as he was prepared to go, news arrived that R. Yitzhak had passed away.
